I'm Susanna Lumsden and I love to help people feel better through exercise.

Health is not necessarily top of our minds, day to day, but we know how good it feels to look after ourselves and to make healthy choices.

My job is to make it easy for you, because I know how hard it can be to start exercising and then to keep going.

I know how bad it can be, to want to make a life change and yet to feel stuck, not knowing how to go about doing it.

I make it easy for you by creating an exercise plan that makes sense to you and is enjoyable.

And I will encourage you as you become more capable, grow your confidence and develop your exercise practice to take forward into your life.

A bit about me

hip surgery changed my life and career direction

recovering from surgery made me realise what I had lost by not moving and led me to become a personal trainer after 30 years in design and property

aerial hoop was part of my strength training after surgery

in another life I would have run away to join the circus - using my hoop brings me joy, challenges me and keeps me strong - exercise so doesn't need to be boring

last summer I completed the Dolomites Sky Marathon

10 hours on the go - 36km in total - 2000m up and 2000 down - my husband and I were the last over the line but that meant the young in the group had the drinks ready

At my Studio in Chalk Farm or at your home or at another location of your choice, subject to travel times.
